Next week, you can meet CGTEC from July 5th to July 6th in DORTMUND at the HEALTH BUSINESS CONNECT CONFERENCE, event organized by IVAM.
Mrs. FLIPO will present a company pitch about miniaturization in injection molding opportunities & limits in the medical sector.
It can be the opportunity to develop about your needs.
We look forward to meeting you.
CG.TEC had made major investments in 2015 and 2016: 5 hybrid and electrical injection-molding machines, a vision 3D measurement machine to inspect new product lines and articulated robots to equip presses.
The move for 6 axis robots was challenging for the development team: their high cost and complexity in programming has long prevailed over their advantages. In the meanwhile the robot cells are functional. Their design and implementation were carried out internally.
Downstream operations like automated camera inspection and orienting the part for packaging are not the only advantages. 6-axis robots also offer new schemes to ease removal of miniature parts or where space is scarce in the mold. They are hosted in movable cells, so as to bring flexibility in the production hall.
The ultimate aim is of course to improve efficiency through time-saving and add new downstream operations.
We will be pleased to meet you at COMPAMED TRADE FAIR in Düsseldorf from November 14th to 17th in Germany.
Come to visit us in Hall 8A/G19.2
See you soon !
