The expertise of CG TEC team dedicated to medical industry accompanies you thanks to throughout traceability in the design and industrialization of your systems: moulded ones, insert moulded ones, machined ones, or the ones that need inserts. We produce in small or large batches to suit your needs.

With a perfect control of the raw material PEEK, we are referenced and recommended by the raw material manufacturer Vitrex.

We are very active in areas of:

• Bracing equipment: dental system, system for analysis, specific equipment for surgical room, etc..
• Implantable: Implantable devices for short, medium and long term
• Single use :tools or equipment for single use.

We work with such materials as:

• Engineering Plastics implantable or not (PEEK, PES, PEI, PPS, LCP, but also materials for single use as PS)
• Liquid Silicone  LSR for all your flexible products
• Stainless steel and titanium for the realization of the inserts before insert molding.
